I came to Finance after a decade in radio journalism at CBC, which followed a decade in music. I have been a community Activist for equity and inclusion since childhood.
My life started in Newfoundland, but I grew up in Toronto, Northern Ontario and Alberta. In my late teens I moved to Montreal. From there I moved to Thunder Bay in 2002.
I committed to never moving again when I married a man with a farm. We grow much of what we eat, with the help of our two kids, and are staycationers.
