I came to Finance after a decade in radio journalism at CBC, which followed a decade in music. I have been a community Activist for equity and inclusion since childhood.
My life started in Newfoundland, but I grew up in Toronto, Northern Ontario and Alberta. In my late teens I moved to Montreal. From there I moved to Thunder Bay in 2002.
The common threads through all my passions and professions are communication and community. I love to listen deeply, speak clearly, and help build solutions that make a positive difference in the world.
